Event Description




Here you can register for accommodation at VINGSTED hotel and conference center for EURONATS 2022 from 14 - 17 July.

IMPORTANT - you only register for accommodation here and NOT for the event itself.

Order information: 
Be aware, that you have to state your Event Ticket Transaction number by roomreservation.

 
Hotel rates - per room, including breakfast buffet:
Single room 550 DKK/night
2 bed room 850 DKK/night
3 bed room 950 DKK/night
4 bed room 1.050 DKK/night

Baby bed for children under 3 years can be rented at a cost of 100 DKK/night

We have opened for different lengths of stays and room sizes. Please note the dates and room size when booking accommodation.

To book a room, you must select the desired stay under Additional Services.

In case the desired stay / room size does not exist, do not hesitate to contact us at info@vingsted.dk then we might be able to help you.


Change / cancellation of overnight stay:

If you do not except to stay at VINGSTED anyway, you can cancel your room until Tuesday 14 June at 12:00 free of charge. This is done as follows:

  • Since you have paid with credit card upon registration, you can cancel your booking via the confirmation email, where there is a link to cancel. The money will then be deposited into your account.
  • In case of No Show / absence, the amount will not be refunded.
